HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to an increased number of orders, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse.

Within Australia: Shipping is a $7.95 flat-rate Australia-wide if you order one item or many items. We typically estimate for about 7-9 business days for standard delivery. In reality, most orders arrive much quicker than that. This may be different depending on your location and local delivery service. 

International Shipping: Yes we do ship internationally. International postage is $17.95 (AUD) flat-rate via Auspost EMS or DHL and takes 1-4 weeks depending on destination and the local delivery network.

Please be aware we do not currently have the facility to pre-pay customs & duties for international orders. This means that orders to countries who charge these duties will be subject to the local duties & taxes payable by the receiver on arrival. The main offenders for duties charges are UK and some of the smaller European countries. So if it's a gift, you might need to warn the reciever ahead of time that there may be something to pay on arrival.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

No worries at all there. We're a good crew and will always look after you. If you want to return or exchange any items please use our returns form to start the process.
